The Project's Story

Between August 2019 and August 2023, I, Elias Pfeffer, dedicated time to summarizing various systems that I believe exhibit self-repeating patterns in the world. Among these, I identified several core systems that I theorize also govern the workings of the human brain. This exploration led me to conceptualize how a digital replica of a human brain—an artificial consciousness—could function.

Building on this foundational work, I wrote a Medium article titled "How to build AGI", published on June 11, 2024. This article summarizes the key systems and concepts related to achieving artificial consciousness.

Subsequently, as part of a university project and in collaboration with Cursor, I developed a prototype of this artificial consciousness. This phase was crucial for refining the concept further. A significant milestone was achieved: the artificial consciousness operates fully autonomously. This means it independently decides its next actions, learns new information, and generally behaves in a human-like manner, with an underlying drive to achieve a state of "happiness."
